This time a quite unknown piece of early jap. rock’n’roll-stuff. Hisahiko Iida with “Magmates”! Actually I don’t know anything about it, accept that it was recorded in 62 by columbia records. In the same year Iida got well known with a cover of “lousiana mama”, his biggest hit. Later he was appointed as a director of the avex label, today japan’s biggest (and probably the most boring) label in japanese music scene.
